Terms and Conditions

The duration of sessions is 75 minutes for Initial Consultation session and 60 minutes for all other sessions. Please arrive on time for your session as sessions will still need to end at the allotted time even if you arrive late and be charged at the same agreed fee.

Sessions will be held at the Bournemouth therapy address you have been provided, or online, as per our agreement when you sign up for your treatment program. 

I require at least 24 hours' notice to cancel an appointment to avoid incurring charges. For missed appointments and late cancellations, the full fee is payable. 

Sessions are paid in advance, and the fee will be non-refundable in case of a no-show or less notice than required.

If you need to cancel or amend your session booking, please email info@nikkibrachi.com or message me on the mobile phone number (text, WhatsApp) I have provided you when you signed up for your treatment program.

Please let me know as soon as possible if you are going to be late for your session by emailing info@nikkibrachi.com or messaging the mobile phone number you have been provided with when you signed up for your treatment program.

You are welcome to contact me in between sessions with any questions or concerns or to amend session bookings. Please contact me on info@nikkibrachi.com and I will respond within 24 hours.

All information, whether verbal or written in notes, is treated as strictly private and confidential. However in circumstances concerning risk of serious self-harm, harm to others, and child protection issues. Information may be required to be passed to other professionals to ensure your safety or the safety of others

Due to the fact that I am dealing with human behaviour I am unable to give a blanket guarantee that we will be successful. What I endeavour to do is ensure that there is a clear understanding as to how much work needs to be done to help you achieve the changes that you want. My promise is to terminate our work together should I feel I can no longer help you change.

Our work together requires collaboration, and your active participation and motivation are essential to your progress. It is necessary for you to practice the techniques we discuss as instructed, and have a commitment to undertaking homework tasks that we set during sessions.

Although hypnosis is generally a very safe form of treatment, the following conditions are contraindications to hypnotherapy and can, in some circumstances exacerbate the condition. Any form of Psychosis, Bi-Polar Disorder, and or Untreated Epilepsy. 

In some cases, you may be required to receive written permission from your GP before treatment may commence, this will be explained to you on an individual basis.
