STEP ONE

Book your Telephone Consultation (30 Mins) - Free

A chance for us to get to know one another and make sure we are a great fit. We will discover what you need support with and identify ways in which Hypnotherapy will benefit you. I will explain how Hypnotherapy works and answer any questions you may have. That way you can make an informed decision if hypnotherapy is the next best step for you!

STEP TWO

Book your Initial Assessment Session (75 Mins) - £125

The First session will involve an Initial Assessment using a Clinical Assessment model, which will assist me with formulating your personalised Treatment program. Together we will identify and agree upon your Therapeutic Goals, and ways we can measure your progress and journey to your desired outcome. We will also get to into the good stuff! as we will also do some Hypnosis during this session and you will receive a personalised Hypnosis recording.

STEP THREE

Pick your Preferred Pricing Package and commit to Investing in yourself by Signing up!
